Daughter with Diabetes type 1

Was diagnosed 1 year ago and was given humalog mix (Morning & Night) humalog (afternoon) no of units had to be increased to around 20 22 units Humalog mix in the morning and night and Humalog 12 unit in the afternoon. Another endo Dr recommended only Humalog morning 14 units afternoon 12 units night 14 units an Humalin N 12 units at bed time. H'ever levels are very high. Can she only take humalog throughtout the day and Humalin N at bedtime and control her levels. Please help
