Dizzyness feeling sick had pains

Hello i really hope you can help me i feel so ill. Iam a 30 year old female and have felt very unwell for a long time but just of late have felt even worse. I feel very dizzy when i wake up and from then on it stays with me the whole day also feel very sick with it too an my head hurts. My my has diabetes i dont know if i have it or not but ifeel very tired most of the time.Thank u for your time. Do you know what i may have?

I am not a physican ,but the mom of a type one diabetic.

Here are the symptoms of type one diabetes.
The symptoms may occur suddenly, and include one or more of the following:

Extreme thirst
Frequent urination
Drowsiness, lethargy
Sugar in urine
Sudden vision changes
Increased appetite
Sudden weight loss
Fruity, sweet, or wine-like odor on breath
Heavy, labored breathing
Stupor, unconsciousness
If you think you have diabetes, call a doctor immediately, and drink fluids WITHOUT SUGAR to prevent dehydration.
