Hello, Gary.  I'm not a medical professional, just the parent of a kid with diabetes.  The NIH has a lot of good information on neuropathy, including treatments.

http://diabetes.niddk.nih.gov/dm/pubs/neuropathies/

They say the most important thing to do is get your blood sugars under control to prevent further damage.  After that, the treatment depends on the type of neuropathy you are experiencing.  Consult your doctor to work out a treatment plan.  Good luck!
