Fat Diets with type 1?

What do fat diets do to people with type 1 diabetes? I live with my boyfriend and at weekends and i had 4 take away meals for lunch and dinner in one full weekend and other fatty foods and i've been feeling really ill since, i have belly/back/shoulder/head pains that wont go away ive had for 5 days now and i feel sick and dizzy i still get on with daily life when i feel i cant because im so weak and feel im going to faint but i still go into work with such painfull stomachs and backs and my head is sore constantly,
im 20 and would like to know what fat diets do to people with type one does it affect me in such a way? has my fat diet weekend lead me to illness?
