Glucose and Insulin ratio low

I had just gone to the doctor and got blood work done.  It came back that my glucose and inslun ratios were abnormal the ratio was 3 something...sorry dont know exactly.  Does that mean anything?  Should I be worried.  I know I should see a doctor its just I dont have time and when I did have an appt. I was late and she wouldnt see me.  Please let me know if you  know anything about this.

I was trying to look up exactly what you are trying to describe, but was having some difficulty.  I believe it means insulin resistence which, can lead to various difficulties in your health.  I would strongly suggest that you call your doctor and ask for an explaination.  I am no medical professional, but if I have a question I always call or make an appointment with the doctor.  I do not mean to sound preachy, but you need to find the time to find out what exactly those results mean.
