HELP WITH DAIBETIC SUPPLIES

Does anyone know where to get free diabetic supplies. I have a friend who has a 16 year old daughter with diabetes. He has insurance but it still is costing him a lot of money in doctor bills and supplies. We live in Ohio, can anyone help me find a site or an organization to help him?? Thank you and God Bless

and Novo Nordisk will give you free insulin if you sign up and meet their requirements: http://www.novonordisk-us.com/documents/article_page/document/Patient_Assistance_DBM.asp

There are quite a few assistance programs out there that should help :)

I dont know what insurance your friend has but I have Medical Mutual of Ohio and they have a program called the SuperWell Disease Management .  I just found out about it recently and it has saved me a lot of money.  The Insulin is not free but you do get free test strips, lancets, syringes, and alcohol wipes
