Whenever I eat sugar I recieve headahces that last for a couple of hours. They only come when I eat processed sugar. I have a healthy diet and I exercise regularly. I have done a bunch or research and I can't seem to find anything on it. Any advice?
If you have not been checked for Diabetes you should get in ASAP, my son gets a headache when he is running high at times or after eating sugar. The only connection we found is when his blood sugar level is too high. hope that help!
