Highly sensitive insulin antibody

Highly sensitive insulin antibody

Three months ago my son with Type 1 was tested for his GAD-65, TCA 512, and the highly sensitive insulin antibody. Most of the time the GAD 65 and TCA 512 are elevated if the highly sensitive insulin antibody is elevated. Either one or both of the first mentioned is elevated. His came back neg on the first two but a 50 on the highly senitive insulin antibody. Normal is 0.4. Can someone please tell me what all this means. I get that his treatment may change and I am a health care professional so I understand the antibodies but no one here has seen a value such as this much less even heard of this happening.
I am hoping someone brilliant mind out there can gice some insight. I have poured through reasearch and journals and cannot find anything on this situation.
