One of the things she & her buddies often do is to wear a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys sticker (flower, bird, heart) and to allow their skin to tan around that shape. When their tanning is done, they have that shape on their skin. You might consider doing something similar and perhaps -- since you must rotate your infusion sites -- tan with several of those stickers applied.
One of my infusion sites is my butt area ... and, on me, that's covered by a swimsuit. If that's true for you, too, then you could choose to use sites like that when you're tanning.
