Lipo, what?

I think i'v found my problem. . . lipo. or lipohypertrophy. . .
The extra long name doesn't make it seem any classier. Thing is it's **** I hate it! I have already been told by my endo not to inject in that area and i haven't, for like 2 possibley 3 months now. I still don't see any decrease.
How can I make it go away. I swear this is the only thing holding back my self confidence. I'm outspoken and don't care what others think, but considerate. Never dismiss anyones words. Why am i waffeling about this?? oh yea. self confidence. I always blamed the 'lipo' on being FAT but im not fat. infact im quite thin. lose anymore weight and i'l be lookin at becomin anerexic and thats where this 'lipo' was sending me.
It's really just something thats played on me psychologically for a long time. . .
Now how to get rid of it? is there a way to speed up the going away of the fatty tissue, or must i inject in other places for months and months and hope that this fixes it because so far i can say nothings changed.

I'm 16 and I have the exact same problem. I won't let my bf of 11 months see my stomach because of it. I'm working on becoming anorexic ecause I want to get rid if the lipo on my otherwise stomach so bad. I feel your pain and everyone says there's nothing I can do other than surgery. someone help!
