Minor Topic Confusion

by diabeteslounge, Nov 22, 2004 12:00AM
MedHelp,
The header pages say that these posts are about juvenile diabetes.  Is that the preferred facet of diabetes discussed here?  Are questions about all types of diabetes welcome to be asked?

Thank you in advance,

Matt

This site mainly deals with Juvenile diabetes as that is what most of the volunteer moderators are familiar with,  However some of us do deal with both Juvenile- Type 1 and Adult Onset- Type 2.  Is there something special that we can try to help you with?  please feel free to ask oand one of us will try to help you.

And while we focus on Juvenile Diabetes (or Type 1), we don't just focus on juveniles who have this disease.  We deal with issues faculty adults with diabetes, whether they hvae Type 1 or 2.
