My hands peel when they get wet.

My name is Shannna I'm 16, I have Diabetes, and when I get my hands wet they start to peel. Why does this happen?

These symptoms are not typical issues related to diabetes, as far as I am aware. But other conditions can cause this, such as fungal infections or eczema or dermatitis. You should probably make an appointment with your doctor and have some tests run -- a dermatologist would probably help you the best.
