NEW EYE BLEED AFTER LASER - Panretinal Photocoagulation

What are the options for an eye bleed NVE, five months after LASER Panretinal Photocoagulation. Blood has not gone away weeks later. Was told there is still a lot more space for laser spots??? Patient is consistantly working on stablizing blood glucose and blood pressure and cholesterol. Now what?  Patient is type 1 brittle diabetic for decades with PDR ...
Thx if you have a response!!!

Hi there!

The management of eye complications/ NVE would depend on the stage/ severity on the condition. It would be best to discuss the situation and the management plan in detail with an ophthalmologist after a detailed evaluation.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
