Hi Little Ranches
Well I am not a docor I am only a volunteer with Type 1 diabetes.
It is hard to determine what our symptoms may be but the only recommendation I have is that you discuss them with your doctor. Sweating can be a symptom of a low blood sugar but nausau can be a symptom of a high blood suger. I think since you are having mulitple symptoms it is something your doctor would be best to diagnos. The information you give is so limited it can be so many other issues you need to dicuss this with a medical professional. If diabetes becomes a possible problem please get back in touch with us I am sure there are things we can help with. I wish you all the best!!!!

Nausea and dizziness can both be symptoms of low blood sugar, or, as the previous poster noted, high sugar levels. If your glucose levels are running too high, usually the person shows the typical symptoms of unusual thirst and fatigue. If low, dizziness, inability to concentrate, headaches, yawning for no reason, shaking hands, irritability or depression, sleepiness, or a dry mouth or eyes can be present.

I would ask my doctor to perhaps do a glucose tolerance test, which will sometimes show if a person is having hypoglycemic episodes. If you have a relative who has a glucometer, it might be helpful to you to do a blood test when you feel this way to see what the numbers are. Normal should be somewhere between 70-146, according to most articles that list normal glucose levels.

If you suspect that you are having hypoglycemic episodes, you may want to try drinking a small amount of orange juice when you feel this way (about a half cup to a cup) and then see if you feel better within about 15 minutes as the juice is digested. If your problem is hypoglycemia, you should feel better. And if so, you may want to do some reserch (a Google search will help you) on diets for people prone to hypoglycemia, for there are specific dietary changes that can be made to make the situation better. Good luck to you.
