Poor Diabetes Girl needs help!

Dear All,

There is one poor girl Dan Luo from China needs your help! She was born in 1996.03.18 in Pingluo, Ningxia, China. On June 24,2004 she was diagnosed to have Diabetes of age 8 after a serious arm-brocken accident. Her Blood sugar level is very high up to 16 or 19 sometimes. Very seldom can be controlled to average 5. Because of the poor family situation, she has no any money for the Diabetes medicine. Some warm-hearted people bought her the Insuline Injection Pump and Blood Tester, but she cannot afford the Test Strips.

The Poor diabetes girl, Dan Luo, is looking for your help with the Test Strips(Roche or TheraSense, Freestyle Mini Test Strips).

Hello,
I am a volunteer, not a medical professional, so my input/advice is based on personal experience from caring for my son who is living with type 1 diabetes.  He was diagnosed at the age of 3 - a little over 6-1/2 yrs. ago.

I am searching for resources and will be posting a follow up once I have found some information to help Dan Luo.  

Below are some resources, however, I am unsure if they deliver outside of the U.S., so I am going to send out some emails to these different organizations and find out additional information for you and re-post ASAP.

I have called the Roche Patient assistacne line to find out if they can help with your situation.  Unfortunately, they only offer this program to U.S. citizens:(
