Pregnancy and type 1 diabetes

Me and my husband want to have a baby. I am a type one diabetic. What are some problems I will run into and how will it be different from a normal pregnancy and labor? I had a baby before I found out I was diabetic and just want to know what will be different. Thanks!

Ad long as you eat right and control sugar u should be fine I'm type one and uncontrolled so I face birth defects and delayed development just be sure to keep in touch with your doctor and u should be well best wishes
