should i seek help now, if  im shaking, my back tingles, and im depressed and throwing up?

I suggested in the other thread that you at least find out what your fasting blood sugar was, but to be more confident you are not diabetic, you need an A1C. However, throwing up is more of a concern, and not common with blood sugar problems unless they are extremely high.  Whatever its cause, it's not safe to vomit for more than a day or two without being checked out by the doctor. Do stay hydrated. Hope you feel better soon.
