Type 1 or Hypoglycemia? Need answers!

My 11 yr old  daughter has had some issues and have seen many specialist to bring us here. Her blood panel showed the c-peptide at 0.7  (was told normal is from 0.8 to 3.0) and tyroid at 0.41 (was told normal starts at 0.5). I know her levels are not too far off from normal but, was also told her thyroid is over active and with the c-peptide she could be boarder line  hypoglycemic. Her Dr. told me with childern at her age who are at this level most aren't boarder though they are stage 1 diabetics. So, with this being said Im trying to see if anyone has maybe some kind of answes for me. She does see the endocrinologist Thursday. There is a family hystory of diabetes on both sides of her family with me being  hypoglycemic.
