I have been experiencing many of the symptoms of diabetes, but I am allso on an antidepressant that cause weight gain. If I miss a day, I loose wieght, but if I take it then I gain weight. I have also been experiencing diabetes symptoms before the medication. Could you still have diabetes, even if you experience wieght gain for an antidepressant?
Yes, the two things are not related. If you are experiencing symptoms of diabetes you should have a test. Untreated Type 1 diabetes can be very dangerous.
