Im 52 years old and seem to be in good health. Im 5'8 155 lbs exercise on a regularRegular insulin basis. The other night had a dream something was on my eyebrow and when I woke up the pillow was covered in blood where I had scratched myself above the eyebrow I was very tired and muscles I didnt know I had ached and still do. What does this sound like ...a seizure , low blood sugar.I had gone to the gym that night abt 7:00 then went home.I had a bowl of maltomeal with a littleLittle noses decongestant Little tummys bit of honey before bedtime.
Sounds like a rough night! I really can't even begin to guess what might have been going on. It certainly doesn't sound like a typical symptom of diabetes, although your question doesn't even state whether or not you have diabetes. This could have been a one time occurrence, but if it does happen again, you might want to check your blood sugars before going to bed and when you awake. If the aches and pains persist you might want to check in with your doctor. Good luck.
