am i ok?

i dont exactly know what it is but recently i been feeling week, flushed and slightly shakey when iv gotten up to walk iv felt like i cant walk like i havent got the energy iv heard it might be low blood sugar levels or something but im not sure at all i just wondered what it might be

Hello.  I'm not a medical professional, just the parent of a kid with diabetes.  Your symptoms sound similar to those of hypoglycemia, which is another name for low blood sugars.  I'd suggest you contact your doctor and get tested for that.

What kind of other physical activity do you do? Do you have any other ailments such as asthma? I am a type 1 diabetic and also have asthma. I sometimes have the fatigued feeling when I have a lack of oxygen, such as when my breathing isn't good due to allergies and environmental issues.
