blood issues

im am 35 years of age, my white blood cells are 9.9 and my red blood cells are 4.74.  my lymphs where 13.8 which is below average.  what does this mean and is there anything to be concerned about?

This is a question for your doctor to answer... we are knowledgeable about diabetes, but not about other medical issues on this forum. Blood cell counts aren't typical issues that come up in discussing diabetes, so I plead ignorance. But here are some websites that have some good information for you:
