recently my husband noticed a distinctive smell of something burning coming from my vagina and breath. What is this?

I am not a physician, but the mom of a type one and the daughter of a type 2. I can tell you that if diabetic s blood sugars are high you can have a 'fruity smelling� breathe and women are more likely to get yeast infections. I would suggest you see a doctor about these symptoms.
