celiac or not?

my 4yr old type 1 diabetic has been having light colored stool, mostly yellow to orange, once it was pale gray and sometimes it is a normal brown.  This has been going on for 4 weeks or so.  My Pediatrician took a gliadin ab igg blood test, it came back at a level of 48 which was considered high by the lab (Quest) so I went to a pediatric gastroenterologist who said that was not a high level for a child, he has seen higher in kids who do not have celiac and since her only symptom is the stool color he was fairly certain she did not have celiac.  I am going for further blood work to make sure ( tranglutamininase iga, total ig a serum, antigliadin iga and igc .  Do you think she has celiac by your experience.  Thank you all.

Would not venture an opinion until the rest of the tests are in.  What sometimes happens in a young child is that they eat too small of a quantity of offending food (with gluten) to get a full positive on blood tests.  With the symptom in the stool and even a positive level blood test, the child should be watched carefully;  diary of stool patterns, what is significant......
diarrhea, fatty diarrhea (tan, floating, rotten eggs smelling), constipation, even alternating between constipation and diarrhea, large bulky stools; early satiety, bloating, early fullness, child choosing to eat foods different from in past, headaches, upset stomach, skin break outs, might be mistaken for hives, sores on tongue, heartburn kind of pain, AND careful tracking of height and weight, those compared to that of siblings if there are any.
