Hello. I'm not a medical professional, just the parent of a kid with diabetes. That diet alone is different, but it's not a sign of diabetes. Frequent urination is, so if he's craving things because of the fluid in them, that could be a sign. I would take him to your doctor and get a simple test to verify. It might be, but it may just be that he really likes those fruits. The test can ease your fearsFears and phobias. Good luck.
