craving fruits and veggies and urinating alot...could he be diabetic

y 2 1/2 yaer old son has strange eating habits.he only wants to eat fruit and veggies such as cucumber watermelon tomatoes grapes celery lettuce all watery things and drinks constantly all day.his diapers are always soaking wet and he has started having severe behavior problems worse than a normal two year old.could this be diabetes

Hello.  I'm not a medical professional, just the parent of a kid with diabetes.  That diet alone is different, but it's not a sign of diabetes.  Frequent urination is, so if he's craving things because of the fluid in them, that could be a sign.  I would take him to your doctor and get a simple test to verify.  It might be, but it may just be that he really likes those fruits.  The test can ease your fears.  Good luck.
