creatine and blood sugar levels

i'm 22 years old and suffer from blood sugar levels that change rapidly. I suffer from all the symptoms of thirstyness , shakiness, very frequent uriantion, blurred vision,and confusion. i just started taking cell-tech a weight lifting supplement and have been trying to gain weight. Cell tech has a warning not to take if you diabetic.i guess its spikes ur insulin levels using dextrose. any ways is it bad to get to much insulin if ur a diabetic? I've been taking this for 2 weeks and my symptoms are getting worse. Ive wet the bed 4 nights in a row now. something i didnt do before taking this.Just wondering if this is normal..also is it smart to try and gain weight if ur diabetic?I also lift weights and im trying to get bigger. just wondering if i should stop and what your opinions are on this , thanks for you time, matt

Matt:  I read your post and I am quite confused as to whether or not you have type 1 diabetes.  Do you?  We are volunteers, not medical professionals, who have life experience in dealing with type 1 diabetes.  If all of these symptoms have appeared since you began taking this supplement, then this is most likely the cause of them and since none of these symptoms are desirable, why would you continue the supplement?  In my opinion you need to go see your doctor and discuss this with him or her.  If you are diabetic, the symptoms that you describe as having are typical signs of either a high or a low blood glucose level.  Neither of which are good for your body for any length of time and if these occur consistantly over time, can cause permanent damage to many body organs and your nervous system.  Please seek medical attention before continuing to take this supplement.  Good luck.
