i have a 2 year old son and he drinks nonstop and we tested his sugar level today and it was 143 and is that high for his age and he is always moody

Have you noticed any other symptoms like tired, sleepy, lethargic? Does he go to the bathroom a lot? Was that blood sugar before or after he ate? If it was before and if you have noticed some of the symptoms that's a red flag to me. It wouldn't hurt to take him to the doctor. Better now before it gets worse.
