I have been having problems medically for a while now. I was told it could be type 1 diabetes. my symptoms include:
*increased appetite
*insatiable thirst
*increase in urination/frequency
*soars not healing well

i know this symptoms could point to diabetes, but can this fit any other medical problems?

Yes, the symptoms you describe are all typical symptoms of diabetes. The thirst is the most common. That does sound like the most probable cause -- I heartily recommend that you get your glucose levels checked. Diabetes can be treated and you will feel much better after starting treatment. Delay can seriously damage your health.
