experience with pump.

MY GRADAUGHTER IS 3.  SHE WAS DIAG. THIS PAST DEC. IS RECOMMENDED FOR A PUMP.  I WAS JUST LOOKING FOR SOME TYPE OF FEEDBACK ON ANYONE'S EXPERIENCE WITH IT.  ARE CHILDREN BETTER OFF WITH A PUMP?  THANKS, NANA944

my dad is type 1 diabetic.  he got on the pump about 10 years ago.  night and day.  it was the best thing to ever happen to him.  yes children are better off with the pump, heck everyone's better with the pump!  its the closest thing to having a functioning pancreas.
