frequent night urination and excessive thirst?

if i have frequent night urination and excessive thirst what possible disease could i have and what blood work could be done to determine which disease i have? what kind of question could i ask that might give a clue as to which pathology is happening?

i am simply a diabetic writing from my personal experiences and your symptoms are indicative of diabetes and that is a simple blood test to determine that. But don't ask a ny questions and tell your doctor your symptoms and let him decide. Good luck, bret
