Hi there,
There are many things to do to bring his sugar levels down, but he needs to get that advice from a doctor. You don't say whether he is type 1 or type 2-- that is important, because they are treated differently. If he is type 1, he will be put on insulin injections, and they will bring his sugars down. If he is type 2, they will likely put him on oral medications and recommend a lower-carbohydrate diet and exercise.

You can best help by helping him get to a good endocrinologist, who can help him set up a treatment plan. He will get better if he gets a treatment plan and sticks with it!

Hang in there!
