hypertension after insulin injection?

hypertension after insulin injection?

Ive been taking 70/30 Novolin insulin for close to 10 years and still after the injection it makes me feel tense like my blood pressure suddenly jumped up and feel tightness most noticeable across my abdomen because I take the injection at my waist line, then its at least 15 to 20 minutes before my body starts to get used to the insulin and get over the tense feeling

Ive thought it may be the amount of insulin I take because I take 32 to 34 units of insulin every 12 hours but if I take less I have less of the tense feeling reaction after a injection but less glucose control later in the day from the food I eat and the reduced amount of insulin, I may also have fat tissue buildup where I regularly take the insulin which my doctor has said to change injection locations and that I should also should reduce the dose of insulin at first when changing injection areas

my doctor has mentioned my tense reaction feeling may be anxiety from the injection but I think it is different then that, is this condition a common occurrence with any other people taking insulin?
