Hi, I'm not a medical professional, just the parent of a kid with diabetes. I don't believe there is any valid science behind that claim. I am confident in saying that it doesn't help.

I agree with JDRF-VOL-RL, for stimulation won't help if the nerve ends are damaged. The only help would be something that would regenerate those damaged nerve endings. You don't have to lose feeling in parts of the body. I have had type 1 diabetes for 38 years and have perfect feeling in all parts of the body. If anything, my senses are keener as far as feeling hot and cold and other stimulation than my healthy husband's. Good control over the glucose numbers is the key.

i smoke alot of weed ive been a diabetic since i was 4 im 17 now . pot really does help youre blood flow i dont know about your nerves. i do know it opens up your veins and lets your blood flow much beter. which feeds your nerves more oxegen so they dont go bad
