marijuana testing for diabetics

by mamaleah, Jun 01, 2008 05:12PM
I have a son in law who is currently undergoing court ordered drug testing for marijuana.  He is not currently using.  I know this because he now stays here with my family.  He basically never leaves my sight.  However, his P.O. person says that his thc level is not going down enough.  Then on another day she says that it has risen. What's up with this?  The only thing he (is) smoking is the occasional cigarette.  He smokes mine. I don't get it.  It has to be something about his diabetes.  He is type 1.  Insulin dependant (8cc) a day.  They're talking about putting him back in jail.  Can you help me?

I'm guessing since he "basically" never leaves your sight that means that he does "sometimes" which means he is likely still smoking pot. "Clean" his room while he's in the shower or somewhere and see what you find. You may be surprised. Sorry - that's a tough situation you're in having him in trouble with the law.
