penis erection due to diabetes

i am a 46 diabetes male, have diabetes for 21 years,in 1991 i had an operation due to my erection, i have two tubes in my penis wich helps me with my erection, i have to pump the tips of the two tubes to get an erection, but know one of them is not working. and i just remember that my operation was in passaic new jersey at the beth israel hospital,i have lost my right leg and live in puerto rico, pleace can u help me and at least tell me the name of my operation?

I'm a volunteer here and not a medical professional so I can't be sure of exactly which procedure you have had. However, I looked on the website of the National Kidney and Urologic Diseases and it is possible that you have had a penile implant. That is when a surgeon "implants a device that inflates or unbends to create an erection".
