prick feelings in feet and hands

Hello and tks for taking my simple question. Is it common to get ***** sensations on your hands-mainly finger tips and feet as a pre or diabetic?

I am not a physician, but a mom of a type 1 diabetic. I would suggest that you call your doctor and get checked. Usually the tingly feeling called neuropathy happens after having been diagnosed for a while it is a complication of diabetes after a while usually, but I would recommend you make an appointment with your doctor.
