Hi there!

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Red itchy spots could be a symptom of a wide variety of conditions. They can result from infection, inflammation, allergy, insect bites, fungal infection, dermatitis, allergies, hives, scabies etc. You could try using OTC anti-pruritic ointments and see if these seem to help. If you do not see an improvement you may consider an evaluation by a primary care physician or a dermatologist for an accurate diagnosis and appropriate management.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care.
