sliding scale for Insulin

Had steroid shot today, blood sugar's are 343 now. Take 10 units of Humalog before meals and 55units of Lantus before bed. What is the sliding scale when sick. Have sinus infection and bad cough.

when your sick its hard to judge how your body is going to react or not react to insulin because so many things are going on inside of you.  try to check your blood sugars a little more often and if high cover, low drink a juice
