I do not have any form of diabetes; my doctor alresdy confirms this -- but your topic area does not give me that option..so in order to get my question in I had to click this...I do not understand this site.
Anyway, Sometimes when I am walking, (and that can really hurt) or just lying down, my toes nd feet cramp to deforminty and it is painfulPainful menstrual periods and sometimes my arches cramp and the pain is terrific; the only way I get relief when this happens is to immediately jump or stand on my feet..Do you know what causes this?
I would suggest going to the home page at Medhelp and picking from the other options on the left side of the page. It says ask an expert Forums. There should be some other topic that matches your symptoms or ailments you are feeling.
