what it could be ?

Hi.. i have these symptoms driving me really crazy ..

1) Tickling in neck muscles (i could easily laugh when some 1 slightly touch my neck )
2) tickling in some other areas of body  too but major tickling in neck only.
3) tingling (paresthesia-like pins and needles) in lips
4) vibration like feeling inside the whole body + tremors too (although they are not visible in mirror or by others)
5) strange vertigo (very mild though)
6) mild chills followed by Low-grade fever.
7) mild/dull headache
8) i am sneezing atleast 2 times a day .. and 4 times a day average
9) fasciculations.
