the answer to this depends on when the level was taken.
If this is fasting blood sugar, then no, this is not a good number. Ideally fasting will be < 95 (and even better if it is in the 70 - 90 range).
If this is 2 hours post eating, then it is reasonable, though not ideal. Ideally 2 hours post eating numbers are < 120.
