Could it be diabeties

My three year old son drinks a lot of water you can give him a cup of water and two minutes later he is asking for more, he is producing a lot of wet nappies, he is still eating well  and i was wondering could it be diabeties

There's no way of diagnosing diabetes online and from just that information, but you should definitely have him seen by his pediatrician and assessed. Good luck to you.
