Diabetic daughter with unexplained stomach issues

Our 4 y/o, type 1 Diabetic daughter has been complaining for two days solid about stomach pain. She sobs uncontrollably about the pain.  She indicates it is in the middle of her abdomin. We took her to the ER last night and they found nothing wrong.  We are not sure if this is something serious or something that may be anxiety related.  Her mother and I are at wits end and just want to help our little girl.  Any thoughts?

Also, go to health store and pick up pH test strips.  Check for acidosis.

Do you have her on sucralose or aspterame?  Both are deadly and causes severe problems.  If so, change to stevia.  Also Alpha Lipoic Acid, banaba leaf, and cinnamon (bought at health store) all help regulate sugar.  Is she on a food-based vitamin/mineral?
