I'm extremely tired!

I'm 13, and recently have been VERY tired. Just yesterday, I slept over 13 hours, and actually didn't want to get up- i was still sleepy!  I also get this dry feeling in my throught sometimes, which cause me to drink lots of water.  I have lost 7 pounds, but i think that is because of my diet.  I also think I have a yeast infection, because I'm realeasing a white, smelly dischrage everyday about two to three times!  I also get heart burn, and random pain in my arms, legs, back, knees, shoulder, and feet.  Sometimes I feel so weak I can hardly walk. I also get a fainting/ blacking out feeling sometimes.  It normally happens before lunch time, or in my last period class. (arund 2:00) Could I possibly be diabetic?

yesssssss those are clasic symptoms of diabetes
being thirty because your body is flushing out the sugar which makes you need to pee alot
you will also be tired because you body is not using the sugars you eat everyday
and breaking them down into fat or energy which could also lead to weight loss and making you feel really tired.......
other symptoms are loss or gain of appitite
vomiting, dizziness, irratablilty, bad breath, feeling sick, infections, intolerance to mild tempreture, and blury vision
you should go to your doctor now before this condition worsens into acidosis
they can tell by checking for sugar in you urine or bloodstream
