hi, it seems highly unlikely that u eat correct and weight what u do
u could easily live on 600 calories daily
oatmeal , no sugar , piece of fruit breakfast
skinless chicken thigh, green beans, lunch
small portion low glycemic pasta supper
WATER ONLY, (tap)
sorry this is not what u want but it really is this simple
so unless EMERGENCY sugar needed, a life without , candy, cake, pie,, sweetened drinks, snack chips, potatoes, desserts,

Everyone loses weight differently, have you spoken to your doctor about your goal in losing weight and even a nutritionist to see what their suggestions would be.  I can tell you through experience what works for you may not work for everyone, so get medical advise on what your next plan of action should be, and I think its great that you exercise and follow a proper diet, thats a ratity anymore.  And good luck.
