Type 1 Diabetic trying to lose weight

I am a 16 year old type 1 diabetic. I was diagnosed nearly 2 years ago and since then it seems I have gained quite a bit of weight. I used to weight around 150 and now I am around 168. I would really like to get my weight down to around 130, but I would really be pleased with any weight loss as all. I have tried the excercising and it has never seemed to work for me. Any ideas/help you can give me? It's so frustrating to try and try but never see any results...

Overdosing on insulin is a crazy and very dangerous idea. What kind of management and control can there be in such case? Unless you want to live shorter, never ever do it!

you need to empty your liver and its fat cells, the body searches for extra energy in the following order: 1-blood sugar 2-fatty liver cells 3-body fat 4-muscle. If you want to get to the body fat you need to force you bs low and empty your liver by over dosing on insulin purposely for days. DONT DO THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE EXTREME MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL. The other option is to starve yourself while taking in high grams of protein. (Atkins) Either way the answer you need is this. You need to work on a clean/empty liver to lose body fat. Thats not opinion but fact. Use whatever method you find best but know, a type 1 losing weight can be more dangerous than selling your soul to the devil
