diabetes ? or anxiety ? or both ?

Ive been told that whats wrong with me is just anxiety but i think i have to many symptons to just have that. Ive been feeling this way for about 3 months. And it has graudally gotten worse. My symptons are: i get dizzy, drymouth, tired, going to the bathroom alot, trouble breathing ( tightness in chest and a lump in throat ), i feel like the world is going in a different speed than me, confused because of that, shaking/ trembling, feels like a pain in my heart and the same feeling on the opposite side and a burning sensation by heart. I dont know know what it is and it seems like a real problem. If you have idea about what it is then please help..

Hi,
I too beleif that u should check ur diet first and also chew ur food before digesting it.I think u should also refer a dentist.Get to know whether u are diabetic or not.I came across an article where Researchers have found that reducing inflammation of the gums in people with diabetes can help lower the risk of serious complications associated with the condition, such as eye problems and heart disease.U could also check out the link http://www.dentalcarenews.co.uk as it might be a solution to ur problem.

At the very least go to a doctor for a blood sugar test.

I have both and sometimes it is hard to determine if my anxiety is low blood sugar or just plain anxiety.

Either way diabetes is a serious medical condition that doctors want to treat sooner than later.

Check your diet first.  What chemicals are you putting in your mouth?  Do you read all labels?  MSG has 13 other names and it causes many, many symptoms such as anxiety.
Check it on web.  Are you drinking any diet products with aspertame/sucralose?  Start watching everything you are eating with a microscope.  Go to the doctors so they can know what you are dealing with.
