Most prepackaged foods will list carbohydrates. Go to calorieking.com for listings of ALL foods, even restaurant foods so you can find out the carbs in anything. Be sure your portion matches what is listed or you will be off on your count.

You need to be sure you are using the right Insulin Carb ratio for your doses before meals and that you have an accurate carb count. Calorieking.com is a good resource for carb listings in addition to what's on packages (and be sure to correctly measure servings). In order to gain weight you want to increase your protein and fats so that you can gain weight without increasing carbs. If you want to learn of a web site where there is a lot more talk about these things send me a private message as I'm not allowed to put them on here.
