Anyone get off Metformin ER 500 mg?
I've been on Metformin since end of May. Lost 25#'s. A1C in August was 5.2. My goal is to control diabetes with diet and exercise. I started testing my bg twice a day. Have some people gotten off diabetic meds? I eat locarbing, clean eating, no sweets, no alcohol and no processed foods.
